摘要：

Objectives Pyridoxamine is one of the deviates of Vitamin B6 which can effectively inhibit the formation of advanced glycation end products(AGEs).Telmisartan is one of the strongest Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers(ARBs).It has been reported that the combined use of pyridoxamine and telmisartan has renoprotective effect on hypertensive renal injury in vivo,but its mechanism is still elusive.
