Evaluation of vaginal flora and its influence factors of 701 healthy women in China

摘要：

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the vaginal flora and its affecting factors in 701 healthy women.METHODS:During July 2008,701 cases of routine physical check-up in the gynecology outpatient department of Peking University First Hospital were enrolled.The vaginal secretions were examined for vaginal population”s density,the diversity,the predominating population,and the inflammatory response.Factors influences vaginal flora investigated by questionnaires.
