MNCs employment practices and national pattern of employment relation

Some Researcher may propose that because multinational companies (MNCs) normally adopt the employment relations practices of the host country in which they establish their subsidiaries,they do not have a significant impact on national patterns of employmentrelations”.However,this essay will argue that on one hand MNCs do not just simply adopt host country”s IR practices,on the other hand whether they have impact on national patterns of employment relations depends on various elements,based on empirical evidence from other researchers.
