髌骨下极撕脱骨折的空心钉穿钢丝张力带治疗

摘要：

　　To present a prospective case series of patients pole with displaced patellar inferior pole fractures and treated with anterior tension band wiring through cannulated screws.Anterior tension band wiring through cannulated screws for displaced patellar inferior polar fractures is a safe,simple and reliable alternative treatment with minimal soft-tissue irritation.Good functional results and recovery can be expected.
