The outcomes of posterior osteotomy in treatment of anterior curvature by aged people after old thoracolumbar fracture
To evaluate the outcomes of posterior osteotomy in treatment of anterior curvature by aged people after old thoracolumbar fracture. Methods; A retrospective analysis was made with 21 cases within 5 years (from 2004 -3 to 2009 -2), who were treated by posterior osteotomy. ”Methods” All these people were followed up by at least 1. 5 years. The average postoperative Cobbs angles of all patients were decreased by 20?without serious postoperative complications. ” Conclusion ” Posterior osteotomy in treatment of anterior curvature by aged people after old thoracolumbar fracture can be a safe and effective technique.
