The countermeasure research of Hebei low carbon economy development

摘要：

Facing the challenge of climate change, every country has launched a development mode change to the transformation of low carbon economy.This paper through the analysis of basic conditions of the development of low carbon economy, combined with the Hebei economic development, puts forward the countermeasures to develop low carbon economy in our province.
