深刻认识并以法律保障环保主体之间的良性互动

摘要：

The level of legal protection to the Optimum Interactions between Parties of the Cause ofEnvironmental Protection is an important indicator for evaluating the development of the cause ofenvironmental protection in a country. This article proposes a triangle model for explaining theinteractions between the parties of the cause of environmental protection, and calls for strengtheninglegislation for improving legal protection to the optimum interactions of the parties of the cause ofenvironmental protection in China.
