充氢超高强度系泊链钢拉伸过程不均匀变形观察
The high strength steels more than 1000MPa tensile strength might involve in the hydrogen induced brittle fracture. Though lots of researches have been carried out to attempt to clarify such phenomenon, the argument about what happens to the crystallographic lattice just before brittle fracture during loading still exists because the ppm-level hydrogen contact is too little to directly observe its influence. Here, the microscopic and macroscopic deformation characteristics of hydrogen-charged and non-charged high strength steels were observed using the in situ time-of-flight neutron diffraction and the ex situ electron backscattering microscope.
