Function of Impact Resistance and Protection of Gel Core Materials
The gel is a substance which is composed of high polymer with three-dimensional network structure and a medium is filled in the gap of high polymer chains. The gel has been gradually applied in all industries as a new type of smart material now. In this paper, through designing orthogonal experiment, 9 gel core materials with different formulations have been synthesized. Impact resistance testing of these gels can be used for the evaluation of the resistance variance of different gels and optimal factors of gel synthesizing.
