Characterization of Tissue Expression and Cloning of POU2F3 Gene in Chinese Merino (Xinjiang Junken Type)

摘要：

IntroductionPOU2f3 (POU domain, class 2, transcription factor 3) is a member of the POU-domain family of protein, some members of which are known to be transcription factors with roles in regulating housekeeping or tissue-specific gene expression in the adult organasim. This study was to explore the expression level of POU2F3 gene in various sheep tissues, and clone the full-length coding sequence (CDS) of sheep POU2F3 gene in Chinese Merino (Xinjiang Junken Type).
