汽车部件压铸模具设计开发理念及工艺过程模拟综述
One of the most important applications of High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) parts is in the automotive industry. Especially, the aluminum die castings plays very important role for the production of lightweight vehicle. The design and manufacturing of HPDC tooling is an important key point in the whole procedure of casting production. In this paper, the realization and application of engineering design and process simulation of Aurrenak tooling was reviewed.
