Sudden death due to rupture of dissection of aorta caused by arteriosclerosis

摘要：

an unusual case of fatal bleeding from rupture of dissection of aortic arch and thoracic aorta caused by arteriosclerosis were presented.The aortic dissection was approximately 9cm in major diameter, and the dissecting rupture into the left thoracic cavity, forming a massive blood clot. The blood and blood clot were total 3000ml and the left lung was compressed and collapsing.
