Modeling and Analysis of the Virtual Organizational Operation Performance Based on Information Coordination Strategies: A Simulation Study

摘要：

A virtual organization(VO) with the sponsor and two partners is designed. Its model based on the three information coordination stategies is then built. AnyLogic platform is used to simulate and analyse the performance of the models.The following conclusions about performance effects are drawn: the complete information sharing strategy is a best choice to reduce the cost in the VO operationin; the complete and no information sharing stategies are indeed reducing the uncertainty for VO operation; However, the part information sharing is not a good strategy in keeping stabilty operation.
