A TSK Grinding Power Model of Hematite Ore Beneficiation Using Compressed-Sensing Sampling

With fast development of science and technology, People gradually need more and more information, causing significant pressure on the sampling. The sampling rate must be two times higher than the highest frequency of the signal based on Nyquist sampling theorem. If there are too many samplings to process, it will cost too much time or high frequency of the signal sampling. Compressed Sensing (CS) is one emerging hotspot in signal processing. This technology employs a special sampling method which can capture and represent compressible signals at a rate significantly below the Nyquist rate. The mineral industry process needs rapid response for complex production, so the shorter sampling times the better. This paper researches on grinding power in hematite ore beneficiation, Use the compressed sensing sampling theorem to get data. Then establish the TSK model. Finally, test it by using the actual beneficiation production data. Analyze the algorithm performance in grinding power model.
