Job insecurity and employee service innovation behavior Research Review

Job insecurity reflects the individual to maintain the existing threat perceptions and feelings of powerlessness, varying degrees of influence on individual attitudes and behavior and even physical and mental health, thereby affecting the implementation of performance improvement and organizational change. Service innovation is that enterprise improve service quality and create new market value for the purpose of organized dynamic process of change. This paper reviews the job insecurity impact and service innovation theory research, makes some suggestions and recommendations on the future direction of development.
