Study on motion parameters on waste plastic film sorting machinery design

摘要：

This article carried on the innovation design on the plastic film sorting machine, set up the kinematics and dynamics equations of waste plastic particles, and study the four single factor to plastic trajectory and the influence of the separation distance, which concludes that the velocity of waste plastics and air flow velocity of the size and the direction angle factor. Then get the best value adjustment range of subjective factors and the influencing factors that will affect the separation. Thus it lays the foundation for improving the purity of waste plastic film sorting machine.
