Functionalized Gold Nanoparticles for Monitoring Metal Ions in Water Samples

摘要：

We modified the gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with organic and biological molecular to detect heavy metal ions in water samples. Due to the special optical properties of AuNPs, we realized to monitor these metal ions with naked-eye visible output and good sensitivity. Moreover, we designed to apply this method for biological assay.
