Removal of Naphthalene from Aqueous Solution by Activated carbon/CoFe2O4 magnetic composite

摘要：

The activated carbon/CoFe2O4 magnetic composite was prepared using a simple one-step refluxing method. The performance of using the magnetic composite for naphthalene adsorption from aqueous solution was investigated. The effect of environmental factors such as pH, temperature and humic acid were evaluated. The results demonstrated the maximum adsorption amount for naphthalene was 96.15 mg/g. The magnetic adsorbent has good adsorption ability and could be used to naphthalene removal.
