Highly Selective Naked Eye Detection of Cysteine Using Branch Poly(ethyleneimine)-Modified Silver Nanoparticles

摘要：

Here we report a novel method for naked eye colorimetric detection of cysteine using branch polyethyleneimine(BPEI)-modified silver nanoparticles probe. In the presence of above 100 冚M cysteine, the color of silver colloidal solution changed. Furthermore, only cysteine had signal response among natural amine acids in aqueous media, suggesting excellent selectivity for cystein.
