Direct Quantitative Analysis of HBsAg

摘要：

Quantitative analysis of antibody or antigen plays an important role in bioanalysis. High cost of the standard substance of target analytes still is a huge expense for most applications. A theoretical frame was proposed that can fulfil direct quantitative analysis. A scheme was developed for direct quantitative analysis of HBsAg based on a commercial TRFIA kit.
