Research of LTE EMS combined with SON function
With the rapid development of communication technology,more and more operator concern wlth the UPEX，the emphasis of element management system start to partial with how to reduce the OPEX(Operating Expense).In the 10ng teml，operators want to makre sllre that services offered over this LTE(Lclng Term Evolution)network technology are of high quality,while still reducing the OPEX associated with these complex mobile broadband networks，so it”s essential to add tlle SON(Self-Organizing Network)function to the efficient and reliable LTE element management system．In tllis paper，at first，describe the main market drivers and aim of SON，then introduce the features of SON，and the way it combine with LTE element management system，at last we discuss the future development and chaJlenges we willface．
