Qingdao Sea water Desalination Plant Start-up Strategies and Works

Abeima—as Abeinsa Environmental Infrastructure Construction Company- has finished the construction works of the Qingdao Seawater Desalination Plant (China) with a capacity of 100 MLD, which was awarded by Abengoa in 2008 under a 25-year DBOO contract. It is the first large scale desalination plant to start operation in China under this scheme.
