Compensation methods for a high LC retardation VA-IPS cell with low light leakage
Compensation methods for a high LC retardation VA-IPS cell with low light leakage is proposed in this paper. The configurations require negative C plate, A plates (positive and negative) or biaxial plates. The r parameters of compensation films are obtained analytically first and then optimized by simulation. According to our simulation results, a high retardation VA-IPS configuration with low light leakage can be obtained
