Determination of the Content of Vinorelbine in Liposomes by HPLC

Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Vinorelbine in liposomes by HPLC. Methods: Experiment was carried out onKromasil C18 (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm)column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.06mol·L-1 KDP buffer (pH3.0)(35 : 65)at a flow rate of 1.0 rnl·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 215nm and the column temperature was at 30℃. Results: The linear range of Vinorelbine was 2.08 ~ 20.8μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 9) . The average recovery rate was 99.65％ (RSD =2.04％). Conclusion: The method employed in this analysis is simple, precise and replicable resulting in high recovery and accuracy. It can be used to determine the content of total Vinorelbine in liposomes.
