Efficacy of etomidate combined with ketamine in children intravenous anesthesia undergoing short-term operation
There is ana in anaesthesia speciality:there is no minor operation as no minor anaesthesia.the two basic elements in pediatric anesthesia are sleep and acesodyne.it”s very important to get through the anaesthesia and operation periods choosing proper way to make childrens” inner situation constably stable. Etomidate emulsion,of non-barbiturate intravenous anesthetics,although has the effect of curing pain and stable Cardiovascular effects,yet has one side effect of suppressing ACT which restrict its long use”1”.KET is one of the most typical medicine used in pediatric anesthesia,which is effective,strong and efficient,but its so many side effects make it always as a subordinate ingredient in operations” anaesthesia medicines so as to limit its adverse effects”2”. If we use Etomidate and KET together as a match,they can make up for each other”s deficiencies to the effect of decrease the amount of anaesthesia medicine and adverse effects.This test aims to study the effects of combining the two medicines aforesaid in maintaining clinical pediatric anesthesia,as is a way to find the better way.
