Changes of plasma osmotic pressure of peri-bowel preparation in patients with colon cancer

There are more and more attentions in the effects of organism changes in plasma colloid osmotic pressure. The aim of this study is to investigate the tre-nd of changes in plasma osmotic pressure of peri-bowel preparation in patientswith colon cancer.1、 Materials and method1.1 The materials: Forty patients scheduled for early radical resection of coloncancer, 50-70 yr of age, 50-75 kg of weigh, ASA physical status Ⅰ- Ⅱ, were studied. The patients with apparent heart, liver, kidney dysfunction were excluded.
