Crisis Hotline Service in China：An Overview
Two categories of resources，one is the websites information which searched by the mostpopular search engine Baidu，and the other is the scientific articles searched by the Chinese damb~eCNKI and Wang Fang，and the English database Pubmed，were involved into scientific reviewing to drawa picture of crisis hotlmes cities，and the characteristics of crisis hotlines organization and services inmainland of China．It would provide an overall view of Chinese crisis hotlines for the first time，and giveevidences to the further development and studies of the hoflmes in China．
