抗血小板抵抗致急性心肌梗死PCI术后亚急性血栓形成1例

摘要：

　　Stent implantation has greatly decreased the frequency of acute Closure and restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)． But Stent thrombosis continues to be observed in approximately 1％to 2％of unselected Stent procedures and remains a devastating complication．Herein we present a case of subacute coronary stent thrombosis in a patient with anterior AMI treated with double antiplatelet drugs and low molecular weight heparin。
