Study the antioxidative effect of anthraquinone from rubiqmnoe on the hepatoearcinoma cell HEPG 7402
Objective The present study was to investigate the antioxidative effect of anthraquinone from rubiqmnone on the hepatoearcinoma cell HEPG 7402. Method The levels of MDA and the activity of SOD were measured by xanthineoxidase method (Kit). Results Compared with the normal control group, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonic dialdehyde (MDA) in the test group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusions Anthraquinone from rubiqmnone could improve the antioxidative ability, and had the inhibited effect on the hepatoearcinoma cell HEPG 7402.
