Venous thromboembolic disease (VTED)and Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT) is frequently disease in the clinic, Each year there was more than 350,000 experience venous thromboembolism in Americans①②.In our vascular surgical clinic make a diagnosis and give treatment, near 50％ patients is VTED and DVT every year in china. It have be know that Pulmonary embolism (PE) is serious complication of VTED and DVT. Willian③: 40-60％ patients of PE was reference to the VTED and DVT. There was 45％ morbidity of PE in VTED and DVT from our studied④. However how do prevent PE in the early? How do we do when on oral anticoagulation or low molecular weight heparin may fail in patients of VTED and DVT or even be contraindicated in some comorbidity situations, including the presence of bleeding or neurologic disorders.
