Polyaniline-Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.90O4 Composites in the 8.2-12.4GHz Frequency Range
The polyaniline(PANI) and PANI-Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.9004 (x wt%, x=10,20 and 30) composites were prepared by an in situ polymerization in an aqueous solution. The structure and morphologies of the synthesized products were characterized by Ultraviolet-visible spectrometer (UV-vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The complex permittivity(ε”-jε”) and complex permeability (μ”-jμ”) were measured in X-band (8.2-12.4GHz) by using vector network analyzer (HB8510B). The dielectric loss(ε”) of PANI-Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.90O4 (x wt%) were lower than those of pure PANI, whereas the magnetic loss(u”) of PANI-Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.90O4 (x wt%) were higher than those of pure PANI. Furthermore, the e” values of composites decreased and the u” values of composites increased, respectively, with the increase of Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.90O4 relative content.
