Detection SNPs by Multi-Analyze Suspension Array
Background Primary or secondary infertility affects roughly 1 of 10 couples worldwide. In 51.2% of infertile couples, a male factor is identified. The most common symptoms of male infertility is azoospermia and oligozoospermia, caused by genetic factors in spermatogenesis accounts for about 30% in male infertility. Human spermatogenesis is an extremely complex process, involving more than 4000 genes, and the genes closely related to spermatogenesis were the major candidate gene about human male infertility. DAZL gene belongs to the DAZ gene family has three genes and plays an important role in sperm production process. KIT gene is another hot spot of regulation of germ cell. They were detected single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). In our study, the multi-analyze suspension array (MASA) had been used to detect the SNPs.
