The significance of genetical investigations for identification of microorganisms

摘要：

The purpose of the work - identification of cultures of Bl and Tl by genetically methods.Biochemical and morphological properties of bacteria are a major criterion for genus and species identification of microorganisms. Recently, increasing development and importance of genotyping method with using polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The advent of molecular technologies and application of genetic identification in microbiology have greatly improved the capability of laboratories to detect and specifically identify microorganisms quickly and accurately.
