Selection of clones at strain of Mycobacterterium thermoresistible 119-3GM, growing at high concentration polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
To obtain clones with the ability to grow on mediums with high concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) a strain of Mycobacterium thermoresistible 119-3GM after pre-cultivation on media containing PAH, was grown in nutrient medium containing high concentrations of anthracene (200 and 300 mg /1) and naphthalene (300 and 500 mg /1). A total of 2335 clones strain of Mycobacterium thermoresistible 119-3GM have been selected from the cultivation medium with 300 and 500 mg / 1 naphthalene and 2153 clones of strain which grown on medium containing 200 and 300 mg /1 of anthracene.
