The progress of X-ray fluorescence CT at SSRF

摘要：

Since 2009 we have started developing X-ray fluorescence CT(XFCT) on theBLl3W X-ray imaging beamline and BLl5U X-ray Microbeam beamline at SSRF．The first experimental results Of X—ray fluorescence CT obtained at SSRF BLl 3WX-ray imaging beamline were descfibed．The test samples were investigated and the2D elemental image was reconstructed using filtered back．projection (FBP)algonthm．
