Research about the Effects of Acetylafion of PTEN on Hepatic Gluconeogenesis
Objective:With economic development and lifestyle changes, the prevalence of diabetes increased year by year in our country. As everybody knows that liver,as one of the target organ of insulin, can regulate plasma glucose through gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis, while gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis dysfunction are contribute to the occurrence and development of hepatic insulin resistance which is one of central part of the pathogenesis of DM.Especially the excessive gluconeogenesis.it caluse an increased endogenous glucose output and eventually leading to insulin resistance. In view of this,it is very important for the prevention and treatment of diabetes to effectively inhibit the excessive gluconeogenesis.
