AB-Chord Using Dual Finger Tables to Improve Inquiry Performance
AB-Chord aIMSto tackle the single information inquiry direction of node routing table in Chord pro-tocol, which adds a finger table of counter-clockwise direction to each node and provides a new algorithm ofbidirectional information inquiry. In this way, AB-Chord can choose next hop more efficiently, thus shortensthe path length of inquiry. The study results show that AB-chord could effectively reduce hop count by 33%,compared to Chord protocol.
