State Key Laboratory of InformationSecurity (Institute of Software, Chinese Academy ofSciences100190).The main purpose of this paper is to study the newequation by using the new methods, and solved it thoroughly. Itseems that no one had studied it yet, at least we have notseen such a paper before.
