In the process of integratinginformatization into human resource management, enterprises set up flexible and high-efficiency managementinformatization system, which effectively enhances human resource management level. Generally speaking, theprocedure of planning and operation of EHR system can be divided into the following five steps. Firstly, todetermine the development direction and priority of human resource management. Secondly, to set up EHRsystem running model. Thirdly, to design a solution. Fourthly, to carry out the solution.Fifthly, to implementpromotion and evaluation of effects.
