Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the lung:A clinicopatholo
Introduction: Sarcomatoid carcinoma (SC) of the lung is a subset of poorly differentiated non-small cell lung cancers(NSCLCs). Because of its rarity,the information on the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Kirsten rat sarcoma viraloncogene (KRAS) mutation and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) protein expression issparse and controversial. We collected a relatively large number of SC to investigate the three key on cogenetic characteristics and their correlation with clinical variablcs in Chinese patients with SC.
