The anastomosis is a very important part of the whole medical operation. It direct incidence the prognosis of the patients. The anastomosis time, the anastomosis result, the incidences of the postoperative complications, the cost of the anastomosis determind the anastomosis methods. Suture anastomosis as the most common anastomosis method, has the limitation. The traditional suture-based manual anastomosis requests high personal skill and spends much time. Additionally, the thread used for suture possibly cuts the tissue around the stoma and causes injury and inflammation easily, which may lead to the dissemination of bacterium and tumor cells. To improve the speed and the strength of the anastomosis, many anastomats was devised by the surgeons, and some of that have widly usd in the clinical operations. Magnetic anastomosis, for the superiority in the anastomosis speed and strength, have the potential be a mainly anastomosis method in further surgery.
