加强《人体寄生虫学》课程建设的几点思考

摘要：

为了应对21世纪医学教育面临的新挑战，美国中华医学基金会、哈佛大学等发起成立了由全球医学教育领袖人物组成的“21世纪全球医学卫生教育专家委员会”。2010年，该委员会在lancet杂志上发表了<Health professionalsfor a new century：transformingeducation to strengthen health systems in aninterdependent world(新世纪医学卫生人才培养：在相互依存的世界为加强卫生系统而改革医学教育)》报告，重点总结了过去百年的医学教育经验，展望了未来百年的医学教育变革，并提出了第三次医学改革的理念：即“a third generation of systems-based reforms thatwould focus on competencies necessaryfor health system performance，promote teamwork,harness the power of IT in learning，andinculcate a renewed ethics of professionalism． Suchtransformative learning would beaccelerated by institutional reforms calling forclose cooperation between health andeducation sector,academic systems that extendhospitals into the community,and promoteconnectivity through networking．”该报告对于促进我国医学教育和人才培养模式的改革也具有重要的借鉴意义。
