中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停与心力衰竭

Central sleep apneas and hypopneas arise from complete or partial reductions in central neural outflow to the respiratory muscles during sleep that lead to complete or partial cessation of air flow for at least 10 seconds, respectively. When studying patients with cardiovascular diseases, especially those with HF and stroke, where CSA is much commoner than in the general population, distinguishing central from obstructive events assumes greater importance.
