Direct Slip Linear Control (DSLC) of Induction Motor Based on Space Vector Pulse

As nonlinear hysteresis control of stator flux and torque in direct torque control algorithm,during steady state, notable torque,flux and current pulsations occur. In this paper,an induction motor direct slip linear control based on space vector modulation(DSLC-SVM) is proposed. DSLC-SVM algorithm is characterized by requiring no coordinate transformation and no current regulator,only need to measure the stator flux. Compared with the traditional DTC,as the slip using direct linear control,DSLC-SVM can reduce torque ripple and flux magnitude deviation,lower the THD of stator current. The abilities of traditional DTC and DSLC-SVM to change slip are calculated and compared. Comparative experiments prove the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
