Ezperimental research on cellulose hydrolysis under eztremely low acids

In this paper comprehensive pathways of biomass hydrolysis and pyrolysis were discussed. Using the biomass hydrolysis facility, cellulose hydrolysis under extremely low acids (ELA) was studied .Simultaneously the effects of time and acids species on the reducing sugars yield and cellulose conversion ratio was examined. Under the optimal experimental conditions of 0.05% H2SO4, 215□, 35min and 40atm etc., reducing sugars yield reached to 46.55% and cellulose conversion ratio was 55.07%. And the organic acids such as C4H4O4, are better than H2SO4 for the reducing sugars producing. Finally the decomposition products were detected by GC-MS.
