Optimize static operation point of variable speed constant frequency wind turbine
this paper presents a method of doubly-fed variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) wind turbine how to control power output. From the energy input of blades, based on the doubly-fed generator characteristic to find the optimal operation point under different rotor rotational speeds and wind speeds. Using the 1 MW doubly-fed VSCF wind turbine design parameter, to get the simulation result, including the suitable voltage amplitude, angle, frequency, current, power and power factor of rotor side of alternate electric current excited doubly-fed generator.
