Tandem Inhibin Gene Cloning and Recombinant Plasmid Constructing
The mechanism of immunity for Inhibin was based on the gene immunity and ordinary immunity. The immunity can regulate the reproductive endocrine, which accelerates the development and maturation of follicles, so as to increases the productivity. In this experiment, C3d would be cloned from the tissue in the liver of sheep by RT-PCR. At the same time, the recombinant plasmid, pcDNA-DPPISS-DINH and peDNA-DPPlSS-DINH-sC3d3 would be constructed. The results showed the new type of molecular adjuvant, sheep complement 3d was cloned successfully. And the recombinant plasmid, pcDNA-DPPISS-D1NH and pcDNA-DPPISS-DINH-sC3d3 were constructed successfully. After BHK-21 cells were transfected with the recombinant plasmid pcDNA-DPPISS-DINH and pcDNA-DPPISS-DlNH-sC3d3 expression level was increased. All these were the basis of developing the inhibin gene as vaccine for sheep.
