摘要：

Introduction As for the water resource of the world，the crisis situation is being amplified more and more because of pollution by an economic of human race activity and the influence of global warming. Up to now，it has been thought that the upgrade of ”Water processing technology” is a subject in the method of solving the water pollution problem. Strengthening of the pollution load reduction and the water treatment has been aimed at also in Japan over a long period of time.
