Study on Policy Decision Model of Entrepreneurial Innovation Stimulus and Innovative Industry Regulation: A Case Study of Chinese Solar Energy Industry
The innovation of entrepreneurs is an active factor in the economic system. It has unprecedented important contribution to the development of economics and the creation of the job opportunities. The innovative industry is also an original source of a country”s competitiveness. Meanwhile，the innovative businesses also have challenging ability of valuation to prohibit the unreasonable price，promoting the technology improvement of the market and allocating resources effectively. In 1776，the period of Adam Smith，innovation has been noticed. Schumpeter considered that innovative business has promotive function to the development of the economics and technology. In the process of destroying and reconstructing the innovative industry structure，it lays solid foundation in the economic system.
