Phytoestrogenic Molecule Icaritin:A Novel Selective-Estrogen-Receptor-Modulator Developed for Treatment of Osteoporosis

摘要：

Chemicals Purified Icaritin(purity>98％) was prepared by acid hydrolysis of Epimedium-derived flavonoids，and the purity was nearly 99％ by usingreversed-phase HPLC on a C18 column. Their structures were fully identified by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)spectroscopy and MS. HPLC-grade methanol was purchased from Union Hope Co.，Ltd. (Tianjing，China). HPLC-gradewater was prepared using an EYELA Still ACE (SA-2100) system.
